Disable PWA install popup from HCM

Already asked this question from Oracle Support via SR and customerconnect. They saying to post it here…..

Question :
Our enterprise policy dose not allow to run Progressive Web App (PWA).

However redwood learning landing page popping up to install PWA.

/fscmUI/redwood/learner/learn/learn-landing

How do you disable this installation pop-up?
