What is the role or privilege name for ESS job view role

Summary:

Requirement is to have access for ESS job submitted by any user and able to download the log and extract if it s custom ESS job for BI reports.
User should not be able to submit ESSS job.

We tried to identify the privilege for the same but we are failed to identify the same.
