how to make Grade ladder field required at Create Job Page in visual builder

we have a requirement to make Grade ladder field required at Create Job Page in visual builder.

In visual builder , we can see Grade section but we are not able to see this field. Pls find the screenshot below.

Any suggestions , how to achieve this ?
