Best Approach for Changing Legal Employer for 250 Employees (same LDG)

edited Jun 7, 2024 7:36AM in Human Capital Management 2 comments

Hi All,

I would like to ask for your thoughts please on what would be the best approach for transferring 250+ employees from one Legal Employer to a new one. The old Legal Employer will no longer be used anymore and the new one will be the Active one (and will be joined together with New Hires from company acquisition).

I have learned that in the past, our project uses the Add Work Relationship approach via HDL for mass global transfer. Can you let me know what is the best approach please? And if possible, the pros and cons of each option based on your experience.

Howdy, Stranger!
