What is the Line Manager Visibility to Learning Item with No Access set at Self Service Setting
Summary:
Can a Line Manager be able to Access or View Learning Item and Assign it to its team member if the course visibility is set to No Access?
When Line Manager tried to assign learning/Course to its team member learning item set to No Access mode is not available on My Team Learning page. We tested it and change the self service setting to details view and Line Manager is now able to search or assign the course to its team member.
We used an Access Group in order to not change the visibility of the Course.
With this, Is it really necessary to use access group for this kind of scenario or do you have a better workaround on this?
