I have a requirement to make few fields mandatory in "Convert pending worker" flow. But the issue is "Renew contingent worker" also uses same action "Create Work Relationship" in TDS. Fields are made mandatory in "Renew contingent worker" flow as well.

so we don't need those fields to be made mandatory in "Renew contingent worker". How to solve this issue
