Custom structure added to PeopleGroup KFF is not visible on Employment Info or Assignment Details

We have configured a custom structure under People Group KFF and added structure instances as well. However, the custom structure is not appearing on Employment Info RUI or on the assignment details page even after deploying the flexfield.

We tried disabling the delivered People Group structure and structure instances as well, this still appears on Employment Info page but not the custom structure.

Can someone please confirm if we are missing some step to enable it on Employment Info and Assignment Details page.
