EL Expression to make read only field(DFF) for employee on driver license page

Hi Team,
Can someone share the EL Expression to make a Driver License DFF read only for employee on driver license page?
When employee is checking via Self Service (ME→Identification Info→Driver License→ Vehicle Driver Type (DFF). This field should be read only for employees.
When line manager is checking via Manager service (My Team → Identification Info → Employee → Driver License → Vehicle Driver Type (DFF)). This field should be editable.
When HR is checking via (My Client Group → Identification Info → Employee → Driver License → Vehicle Driver Type (DFF)). This field should be editable.
