Overview of Accompanying Family Members during Expat assignment

Hi

Is anyone using Oracle to maintain info of their expats accompanying or non-accompanying family members? We would be interested to know how other organizations are maintaining this info.

We need to be able to get a monthly extract for pension and insurance reporting, so the data needs to be entered when the assignment starts, and preferably updated by the expat once or year or during the contract extension for changes such as an addition to the family, or a change in the family status. Information needed includes date of birth, whether the family member is working during the assignment, date of arrival to the country.
