Hello everyone and Happy New Year,

I am looking for information regarding deploying chatbot applications through RightNow.

Is there yet a functionality/platform compatible with or built for RightNow that uses Knowledge Base FAQs for responses to customer's queries while creating incidents with "chatbot" chat sessions?
