Absence Balance donation Feasibility Check

we have a below requirement

  1. Person should be able to donate only to those person who have lower grade than him/her.
  2. Maximum of 5 days are allowed to donate in a year
  3. Maximum of 2 days are allowed to donate to a single person.

Let me know if we can achieve above points
