AP Hold Notification to all line requestors

Summary:

We're routing AP hold notifications to PO line requestors to receive the respective po line in Oracle. When we went live, requestors used to
get notification only for their owned PO lines. But now system generates hold notification to all PO line requesters.

We want to know if anything got changed on hold approvals.

Example:

PO line 1 has XX ; PO line 2 has YY.

Earlier,
Hold notification generated to XX stating details for Invoice line 1, PO
line 1. But now,system generates notification to both XX & YY for
line 1.
