Receiving restrictions

Summary:

The customer wants to restrict if the stocks manufactured more than 180 days old. So we set the "% acceptable " value as 50 in the item master(Product Life 365 Days). System also restricting based on the acceptable % value. But Customer expectation is , this restriction only for the vendor/factory receiving stocks not for the inter transfer order receiving(facility to facility /Company to company transfer). Kindly advise me
