Is there a way to populate the HSDL with data when you choose Manage in Spreadsheet?

I need to make updates to a number of position codes and was planning to use HSDL to do that. What I was hoping to find was a way to have the spreadsheet populated with position data that I could change vs. having to create the entire spreadsheet.
