If the Profile Option “ORA_HRC_USE_BPMCONFIG_TEST_EMAIL” is set to ’N’ (the default value), email notifications are sent to the recipients specified in the individual Alert Templates in non-production environments.

If the Profile Option is set to ‘Y’, email notifications are NOT sent to the recipients specified in the individual alert templates in non-production environment.
Email notifications are then only sent to the "test email address" specified in the BPM worklist application preferences, and only if the "test email address" is specified there.

In production environments, this Profile Option has no effect.
