How can I populate the Business Title from the Position instead of Job ?

Our client feels that their positions are unique and jobs are generic and therefore whenever we add a Position to an employee, the Business Title should be populated from the Position.
The Business Title is currently used in their email signature.
Please let me know the steps to do this
