Innovation Management Approval process for new proposals

Current process of Innovation Management – step by step;

S1 - New Idea is entered in the system

S2 - Every Idea is checked and if accepted, a proposal is created

S3 - On each Proposal is then added information about costs and revenue

S4 - The proposal is then published in Oracle Social Network (OSN) for further review and approval from middle management (one or more persons in charge).

S5 - In OSN persons in charge check the assigned proposals and through the comments approve or reject the proposals or they can request for more additional information or explanations about proposal.
