We are trying to complete setting up a new GL account. When trying to access Manage Locations or Manage Departments through Setup & Maintenance, we get the following error:

The Manage Departments task couldn't be called. Review the FunctionalSetupServer logs for more details on this error. Contact your help desk..

I have entered an SR with Oracle Support and the direction so far is to use responsive UI (through My Client Groups) instead of the classic UI. However, we do not know how to manage departments (create new or edit) through My Client Groups.
