Quality Action rules

Hello.

We want to create a Single Quality Issue for the failed inspection. Currently the system is crating one issue per Characteristic that has failed.

We used in action rules de option "if any characteristic" is out of specifications, then create quality issue, but still the system will create one issue per characteristic. No way to model a single issue.

Is there a potential workaround?
