Ethnicity and Visa category values (Legally required) are not made available in the tool
Summary:
1) Ethnicity
We have been receiving multiple requests from our business asking to enable "I choose not to Self-Identify" ethnicty value for US. But in the past, oracle has confirmed that ethnicity values are delivered values and we are expected not to modify/create the ethnicity lookup. However, we have been receiving numerous followups stating it's legal. Wanted to understand if this value would be delivered in any of the upcoming release or if there's a raodmap?
2) Visa Type
We also have a request to create a Visa Category "Overseas Networks & Expertise Pass" for Singapore, which is also a legal requirement. Again, we would like to know if this value would be delivered in any of the upcoming release or if there's a raodmap?
