Skills center - Not able to rate the required skills

Summary

I have two question here:

1. We create job profiles. After creating then we enabled the redwood pages for profiles. now these new redwood pages are not displaying the skills rating anywhere on the page. I can only see skill under the skills center section of the job profile. But before enabling the redwood page for profile this was visible and was able to add skill levels to each skill. Is this expected behavior? how to resolve it. I have these sections visible in the content section, but not coming on the job profile. .

under the content section have made the skill level as show. but still it is not reflecting on the job profile page.
