Project Inquiry security

Hi,

We have a requirement to secure Project Inquiry status across multiple Business Units for a specific project type. For a specific Inquiry user, we only want them to view project cost transactions for 1 specific project type used across the BU's, and not allow them to view transactions for all of the other Project Types in the BU's. Is this possible (for example) by using a custom role where the Inquiry user needs to be a Team Member?

Or by using data access with a Reference Data set security context?
