HCM Learning→ViewTranscripts does not show heather with top menu and logo

HCM Learning→ViewTranscripts does not show heather with top menu and logo

Problem Description

When open HCM Learning→View-Transcripts, it opens another tab with the transcripts, but the systems does not show the heather with top menu and logo

if I remove manually on browser tab the param ojSpShellVisible, or if I set it to false, then it shows the Fusion Top menu and company logo.

How to set up param ojSpShellVisible to True when opening Learning→ViewTranscripts???

Scenario:

Open Learning: Me→Learning: ……test.oraclecloud.com/fscmUI/redwood/learner/learn/learn-landing?tab=myLearnExperience

Click on "View Transcripts",: fill up start date and end date for the pop up "Transcript Date Range"
