Error while creating delivery option in HCM Extract

I receive below error after set values on Report and Template Name fields

The path seems to be correct:
Template name is correct too:
This error doesn't let me export the eText file after submitting the HCM Extract.
I also don't know where incident log should be.
Could you please help?
