Security job role/privilege/duty that will allow to perform a check run.

Security job role/privilege/duty that will allow to perform a check run. I know this is tied to the Cash Manager job role. But I wanted to parse out that particular privilege so that it's not tied to so much access/responsibility in the Cash Manager role. We are currently on version 24A.
