Unable to set the planned Orders to Not Firm

Summary:

The Planned Orders was set as Firm and the plan was run in full refresh . Now the user wishes to cancel or delete this Planned Order. Changing the firm qty to 0 ot changing the firm status from Firm to Not firm and running the plan is setting the firm status as Firm only. Because of which the planner is unable to cancel the planned Order
