Is there offline requisitioning capability in Responsive SSP?

Summary: There are instances when a user is offline without connectivity (at a job site). Is there any feature to enter a requisition using RSSP that saves the requisition and synchs requisition when connectivity is available. We are currently doing a project analysis and this requirement came up - if there is no functionality available, we will have to think of an alternate solution.
