We are looking into Advanced Routing right now.  Can  you tell me if it will allow us to limit chats like this example:
 
The skill sets are A, B, and C.  
Can we set it up where chatter Amy will only receive 2 chats from skill set A, 2 from skill set B and 2 from skill set C at one time?
