How to access core ARCS tables using API's or any other available way ?

Summary:

As a BIA team need to create a data lake in Azure cloud for all the ARCS data i.e. reconciliations and all.. so want to have all base tables of ARCS in data lake ..currently api's are functional for reports from ARCS but looking for direct api connectivity to base ARCS tables like for eg we need to pull table like ARCS_BALANCES, TM_BANKS etc via ARCS api's/availble options with some filters for incremental load too, so ther required functionality is in place and how we can utilize that ?? Please provide best way to pull data out of ARCS and
