Can we able to remove the comitted cost on project .

We are running into problems when trying to close out old project purchase orders. We are finding there are fractions of a cent showing in the project committed costs even though we see the amount ordered and the amount invoiced match in the PO lifecycle.I s it possible from AP side to remove the committed cost on project.
