Create Accounting process completes in warning

Summary:

Some of the subledger transactions are not balanced in entered currency. Ledger currency is USD and transactions are recorded in USD itself. Create accounting process completes in warning and shows following error:
The subledger journal entry contains rounding differences and no rounding account was defined for the ledger. Details: You must define a rounding
account or enable suspense for the ledger.

We have enabled suspense and provided a suspense account in ledger options but still the accounting process completes in warning.

Then we entered both rounding account and suspense account. This time accounting completed successfully but difference is recorded in rounding account that too when the difference amount is exceeding rounding threshold.
