Stop accrual when on leave with pay for >90 consecutive calendar days

Summary:

Hi Team,

Need some guidance on the below requirement:

We have an incremental plan(Annual Leave) that accrues semimonthly.

Business requirement is that employee who is on leave with pay for > 90 consecutive calendar days should stop receiving accruals.

Note Leave with pay means any absence entry other than unpaid leave, its not an assignment status.

Our absence UOM is hours.
