Pending workers are unable to view their current learnings after enabling redwood

Hi There,

After enabling redwood for ESS and MSS , pending workers are unable to view their current learnings under my learning experience page . Please advise , if any roles or security privileges' needs to be assigned to pending workers or any profile option needs to be enabled.

For example :

#employee is pending worker in system.

When I login as pending worker : My learning experience page donot show any learnings assigned.

However, when I convert this test team member into employee, and login as employee, I m able to view the learnings assigned.
