Import Costs run successfully but data not loaded into labor costs page

Load Interface file for Import (Subtask choose as Import Costs) is run successfully and the process "Import Costs" Process is also run successfully and the output is also generated which has no errors but when checked the labor costs workarea the imported labor costs aren't loaded i.e., unable to see any costs.

please help me to sort the issue.
