Which privilege/security is needed to populate the Received By column in Receive Expected Shipments?

Per the document linked here: https://support.oracle.com/epmos/faces/DocContentDisplay?id=2032641.1, the Employee role is needed to populate the Received By column in the Receive Expected Shipments screen. We have an already live customized version of the Employee role granted to all users, but having it does not populate the Received By column. How can I determine which specific privilege and/or role and/or data security policy needs to be re-added to the customized role so that the Received By field will be populated as expected?
