Multiple invoices in one email sent to scanned invoices via IDR
Summary: We have a requirement where we use Zendesk to receive invoices and then those invoices are fowarded to Oracle to be captured with IDR to be touchless entry. Some vendors send multiple PDFS (1 PDF = 1 invoice) on 1 email. We were told that Oracle IDR functionality is if you want to have multiple invoices on 1 email you would have to have only 1 PDF and separate out the invoices within that PDF with a blank page. This does not fit our criteria and though many other customers must have the same issue. How can we be
