Standard Localization Process in Fusion HCM

Summary:

Hi Team,

We are trying to understand the standard Oracle recommended process for performing worker localizations in HCM. Below is business scenarion- An employee is working in India and then transfer to UK for Long Term but it is not a permanent transfer initially.

Then after a specific period, the worker decides to settle permanently in UK. So, a global transfer should be done from India to UK.

How this complete transaction can be done in HCM?

Anyone pointers on this will be helpful.
