Chat sound / notification set at profile level

Is there a way to change/set the default Application Options at the "Profile" level? Specifically I'd like to change the default Communication Center option to "play sound" for the Chat Agent profiles.  

I understand that Agents can change their personal settings but I'd like to change the default for the whole profile.
