How to create DFF to enter name of checker based on maker?

Require capturing checker's name based on maker's name in DFF.

Since approvals in not available for AR invoices, we are working on maker - checker concept. We have achieved the same. However, we have a requirement where the name of the checker needs to be captured. Though we have the last updated field, there could be chances where changes can be made after checker completes the invoice.

Is there a way to capture the same? Alternatively, does Oracle capture the event of invoice completion anywhere?
