is it possible to invoke SaaS URL in PCS notification by passing parameters to open particular page

Summary:

Hi All,

We have a requirement to call Fusion URL In to PCS notification, So when User Click The URL in the notification It navigates to Fusion with that particular Purchase Order Number page , is it possible to pass query parameter to URL in PCS Email notification
we were passing the URL From the BIP report to PCS and then we are storing into data object and then email template but its displaying in readable format only.
