An instance of Always Free suddenly disappeared without a trace

The instance “disappeared” from the system, there was no activity in the “audit” at the time of its “loss”.

Audit shows no activity

The deletion of the instance, virtual network and all references occurred without notification, at a time when users were not logged into the Oracle Cloud system

The problem became known only after the resources (WWW/Mail) that were working on the instance stopped responding

There is no data at all, as if nothing had ever been posted on this resource, how is this possible?
