Why are autoconverted Pending Workers getting processed with missing required data?
Summary:
We are testing the autoconvert pending worker process. Everything is working as expected except it seems the process overlooks missing data in required fields.
For example, National ID, Marital Status, Gender, etc. are required fields. However, if we have a Pending Worker in the Pending Worker table that is missing one or more of those data points, they are still converted during the autoconversion process without error. Our expectation is that the conversion would fail with a reason of missing required data.
