Best Practice on Deriving the Price list based on Customer Site Attributes.

The solution to below requirement plays a major role in our implementation so can you please review it and give some inputs on this:

Our client has many customer sites, they have around 10,000 Customer sites and at customer site they have 3 DFF's like Attribute A, Attribute B and Attribute C, for example Attribute A is Customer Type. The challenge is that the Price of the Item depends on the combination of values of Attributes A, B and C. In this way there are around 300 unique combinations.

Client has many Items and out of which only 50 Items price will change based on the Attribute combination and remaining items Price is common irrespective of attributes.
