Integrated Co-browse on external website (not CP)

Hi there,

Could anyone be kind enough guide me on integrated co-browse (in OSC) on external website (Not CP)?

I've gone through both the OSC online help and the co-browse deployment guide but none of them seems to have this specific topic covered.

In the deployment guide, there is a section talks about 'Using Integrated Co-browse', but they all seem to be talking about co-browse on CP pages only.

I also did some research on this forum, and it appears for external website, we need to tag our website with specific Javascript (similar to Engagement Engine for that matter) somehow but still carry out most of the configuration/customisation within the LiveLook Admin Console?!
