Personal Payment Method errors out with BankBranchID error

Summary: When attempting to load a Personal Payment Method HSDL an error is raised "You need to enter a valid value for BankBranchID…"

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information): I have loaded bank information using an External Bank Account HSDL template. The bank information is found on the test employee's record. I also see the bank account info when running a query through a data model.

When attempting to load the personal payment methods info through the HSDL, the bank account name is not amongst the Name field LOV values. I paste the value given to the bank account name, but that does not appear to work.

Howdy, Stranger!
