Updating DFF field in shipment line

Summary:

I am trying to update the shipment line Dff field (Ship Unit ID). Refer Image 1.
Data is loaded in the attribute1 in wsh_delivery_details table.

I have loaded in interface table using ShipmentRequestServiceV2 wsdl. Tried uploading all the attribute 1 field. Refer Image 2.

After loading the interface table run the Receive SHipment ess job and ess job run successfully.

Can some1 help me how to update the Ship unit dff field in shipment lines.
