Is it possible to use a field merge for a companies CDO in an email?
We have a CDO that is set to companies which contains two fields:
- the unique identifier of the company (CRM Account ID)
- an order number we want to use in the field merge
We created a field merge based on this CDO:
When we use the field merge in an email, the field merge displays the default value instead of the individual value for the account. Did we setup something wrong, or is it not possible to use a field merge from a Companies CDO in an email? Does anyone have a workaround avialable?
