If I enter as a Manager on My Team on Learning section and I go to "Actions" and then to "Assign Learning". After that I complete all required fields on Assign Learning but an error appears because it doesn't allow me to click on "Assign button" and the error on the top of the page tells me the following words: "Select a different item because you can't access this item" but it is not true because I did not assigne the item I choose to this Learner (I tried also selecting other learning items and other Learners but it appears
