Delete" button is to be removed from Employees and Line Manager's "Manage Time card" page

Delete" button is to be removed from Employees and Line Manager's "Manage Time card" page in RUI, so that neither employees or Line Managers can delete any time entry once it is submitted/approved/rejected. They should only be allowed to edit a time entry but, not delete.
