Smart View: Custom Number Format - VBA Option Name

Is there an HSV_[x] option to control the Custom Number Format field via VBA?

I am using Smart View version 24.1 and I am trying to control the Custom Number Format checkbox and input field via VBA for users. Any ideas how to accomplish this or if I am just missing an already existing option name?

I see that there are options to control the thousand separator and QTY of decimals in the SmartView.bas file; however, I cannot find an option name for the Custom Number Format field. Below are my thoughts on how to turn the option on/off as well as how to get the input field populated…I just cannot find a associated option name to use. The reason I want to do this is that this custom format blends the Excel formats of Number/Accounting so that negatives show the hyphen instead of parentheses but more importantly it shows zeros as "-" which is much
